Welcome to Neura Parent, a mobile application designed to help parents reflect on and support their children's emotional and behavioral needs. By using this app, you agree to these Terms.
This service is available to users in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.
Neura Parent provides general educational and informational guidance. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
Do not rely on Neura as a substitute for professional clinical care. Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical, psychological, or behavioral health concerns.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Neura Parent. By creating an account, you represent that you are a legal adult in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Neura uses AI to generate personalized responses based on your input. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or suggestions that are not appropriate for your specific situation.
You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any guidance provided by the app. Neura Parent is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Your use of Neura is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the app, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of Neura Parent—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by Neura Parent and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Neura Parent is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neura Parent and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Neura shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neura Parent and its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Neura at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For users in the United States and Canada: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
For users in the United Kingdom: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of your country of residence if different.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Neura Parent regarding your use of the app.
