This guarantee applies once, to your first paid subscription, and is offered everywhere we operate. When you request a refund, your subscription also cancels, so you won't be charged again.
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, this 14-day window also satisfies your statutory right of withdrawal — you don't need to do anything extra to preserve it.
To request a refund, email support@neuraparent.com from the email address on your account. Include the charge date and amount. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
Lifetime members and founding members who haven't been charged yet have nothing to refund — cancel anytime from your Account settings with no further obligation.
