    Cookie Policy

    1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that help websites function and improve. We use a minimal set of cookies so Neura can stay secure, reliable, and easy to use.

    2. How Neura Uses Cookies

    We use two simple types:

    a. Essential Cookies

These are required for Neura to work. They handle things like:

    • Logging you in securely
    • Keeping your session active
    • Making sure pages load properly

Replit (the platform we use to host Neura) also sets a few technical cookies to keep the site stable and secure. These can't be turned off.

    b. Analytics Cookies (PostHog)

We use PostHog to understand how people move through our site so we can improve the experience.

    • We do not use Google Analytics
    • We do not run ads or share data for marketing
    • We do not track you across other websites

This data helps us see what's working and what isn't, so we can build a better, calmer experience for parents.

Analytics cookies only load if you give consent (for EU/UK visitors).

We can update this list as the product grows.

    4. Your Choices

If you visit from the EU/UK, you'll see a banner where you can accept or decline analytics cookies. You can update your choices anytime by clicking Cookie Settings in the footer.

You can also manage cookies in your browser. Turning off essential cookies may break parts of the site, but analytics cookies are always optional.
